The Role
In this role, you’ll:
- Partner with services and leadership teams to deliver high-quality HR support.
- Provide advice on people management, employment law, and organisational change.
- Lead on strategic HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Experience in a People/HR Business Partner role.
- Experience of leading workforce planning discussions.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with our service areas to proactively embed our people policies and practices.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to our values.

- 40 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
